Presentation Day

Today is the presentation day and also end of this course. Below is the presentation video.

Exhibition Day

Finally the exhibition ended. the sell is not that good, but still have some people / friends bought from me. Actually my booth design is very simple. just arranged nice the all packaging and take one of the packaging show AR technology.

Before the Exibition

Before the exhibition day, i finalize all the design part and printed it out. After printed, I cut and stick the packaging. Overall look pretty good. Although it's not that nice as others market packaging, but i do really put much effort to do this kind of packaging.

Actual Design

The mock up actually is also same as the actual design, just a little bit changed. So this week, i have to done all the design work and next week which is one week holidays, i have to finish all the works:

• Blog
• Poster, Packaging Printing
• Seeds
• Animation
• Ar Tracking on the graphic
• Mod Board ( A1 Size )
• Vlog Video

Problem & Backup plan

Week 9, because first time using the AR technology. So it has a lot problem i have to face for example like:

- Tracking image problem
- The resolution quality problem
- Official website have disable to download this application
- Apply animation into AR Technology
- Size Ar position problem

These few problems, I do a lot research how to solve it. And because of to avoid any fails to create the project, i have come out another backup plan. This backup plan can be work once the AR technology no any functions as i mentioned above ( Official website have disable to download this application  ).

The backup plan is use another AR technology application. But this one only available for image, social media link and website access functions. Although it's not greater then the first AR technology i using, but at least it still the same concept as what i decide at the beginning.  

Design & Marketing Parts

After make the decision, I have to create few things that about the project which are:

• Packaging Design
• Poster Design
• Animation Ar

For the design style, i make it as simple as i can to represent the interactive and clean design of the packaging.

Idea Design

• The idea is use the interactive way (QR) to show the green plant slowly growing up. This is to represent how nice the green environment and how powerful of the seeds.

Concept of the design

• The bulb flower represent that create a green environment, use seeds to light up the world. Bulb :Light up / Implement Green Plant : create a healthy environment

Decide all the details thing, marketing is one of the core point to attract people.

Marketing

In this 21 century, majority of people addicted to the technology like computer / mobile phone. Because of that, they gradually ignored the important of green environment. In order to encourage everyone have a plant habit and also create a natural environment to produce more fresh air, few ideas that can help deliver the value and engage the target market listed below which are:

• Utilizes various social media platforms to reach the target market including Twitter,  Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ and YouTube.
  
• Use AR technology bring them to the stall / link to the video that related green environment.

Decide what to do

After few weeks, i have another new idea which is more interactive. I decided to create a seeds packaging with an interactive functions. And also, it mind can solve problem that nowadays everyone have facing. Below is some of the description of the project that i want to create.

Seeds interactive packaging Problem Statement of this project

• Nowadays, every places happened air pollution.
• Human burning forest and gas emissions from vehicles and factory.
• Rapidly increase the level of air pollution in recent years

This project objective is

• To encourage everyone have a plant habits
• Help produce more fresh oxygen
• Create a healthy, comfortable and natural environment

The Target Audience of this project is

• Target: Child / Student /  Office Worker  
• Gender: Male / Female
• Age : Between 6 and 60
• Race : Any race

Starting of the personal project

The first few weeks, i was thinking what have to do the personal project 1. At the beginning, i came out few idea based on the briefing which are:

- CD Cover

- Book Design

- Tissue Packaging

- Seed Packaging

Some of the idea after consulted, It too simple and have to do more research on what problem statement and how to solve the problem.
